Where do I get started?

Start by visiting our signup page to become a ScCrsh.com member. After completing signing up, you'll be redirected to your portal where your membership benefits await.

Next, watch for your welcome email — it typically arrives to the email address you provided during enrollment within 24 hours. In it, you'll find important information about your membership, including your login credentials.

What if I did not get my welcome email?

The welcome email is sent within 24 hours of signing up. If you still haven't gotten your welcome email after 24 hours, please take a look at your junk or spam folders first. If it is in your spam or junk folder, please add noreply@sccrsh.com to your list of trusted email addresses to make sure you're receiving our emails.

How do I check my credit report?

Checking your credit reports and scores from Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian has never been simpler! Once you’ve finished the verification and enrollment process, you’ll get immediate, unlimited access to check your triple bureau reports and scores anytime you want. At ScCrsh.com our online members portal has everything you need to steer your credit and financial health toward a better tomorrow.

Why hasn’t my score been updated?

Credit Scores and reports are typically updated by the bureaus every 30 days. Having said that, credit reporting agencies can submit their monthly reports to the bureaus anytime during the month. Whether companies choose to do that at the beginning of the month, or toward the end, a couple of days can make a difference in when scores are updated. If your score hasn’t been updated since you last checked, try checking again in a few days! One of the many benefits of a ScCrsh.com membership is that you get unlimited access to those triple bureau credit reports/scores through the members portal whenever you want. It’s peace of mind, anytime.

ScCrsh.com is absolutely secure and safe. We know that the information you enter is highly sensitive and it is our responsibility to protect that. We take that responsibility very seriously. Why do you need my social security number?

We ask for your social security number for a few reasons. First and foremost, it’s for identification purposes. Your social security number is a personal identification number attached to all your financial and governmental records--and this is privileged information. We need to make sure that nobody else is using your general information to try and access this sensitive data. Your SSN is also tied to your credit profile and without it, we cannot get the bureaus the information they need to pull up your reports and scores.

How can I cancel my membership?

Because life is unpredictable, your ScCrsh.com membership may be cancelled at any time. The best way to cancel a membership is by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at (833) 473-0388. The customer service team is available:

Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM EST
Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM EST

How do I delete my account?

Members are able to cancel their accounts at any time. Upon cancellation, accounts are archived as “inactive”, and stored according to local state and federal laws and requirements. This is a common practice for any business where finances and personal records are involved. We are committed to protecting your data and remain in compliance with industry regulations regarding data storage and removal of it.

Cancelled accounts remain inactive unless a member wishes to reactivate their membership. For more questions about cancellation or reactivation please contact us.

What name will appear on my card statement?

ScCrsh.com is the name that shows up on your card statement after signing up. During the signup process, you'll notice ScCrsh.com is listed as the company that charges for your membership access.
