Before calling, make sure that you have your membership information (Member ID, first & last name, and address used to sign up) ready, this will ensure a smooth experience. Once you have cancelled your membership you will no longer see charges from ScCrsh.com.
You can only cancel your membership by calling a Customer Service representative. Members that are California residents, and where otherwise required by law, have options for cancelling detailed in the customer portal. You can access these details by signing in to your customer account.
At this time we are not able to offer any refunds or prorated refunds for cancelling your account.
