When you enroll in your membership to view your credit scores & reports and use our credit monitoring service you first see a $1 charge for your 7-day trial on the card number you provided when joining. Once your trial ends you will be charged a monthly fee for our services. This will repeat every month until your membership is cancelled.

What if I need to dispute a charge?

If you think a charge on your card issuer account is inaccurate, we suggest a few things to check before calling us.
